On Pentecost Sunday, May 24, 2026, Baptize the World gathered churches across the globe for what it set out to make the largest synchronized baptism in history, and the hub was the World Stage Theater at the Museum of the Bible. Oceans Church's Pastors Mark and Rachelle Francey hosted; Leeland, Tiffany Hudson and Oceans Music led worship; baptism footage and testimonies came in the same day from around the world, and the night went out on YouTube with Daystar Television Network as broadcast partner. The ask was one team to produce the room and the feed together — cameras, switching, records, stream, LED, comms, the local audio, lighting and backline partners, the crew and the trucks.
Pentecost Sunday 2026 — one hub at the Museum of the Bible for a movement across the globe, and a night that had to work in the theater and on the global livestream at the same time.
Seven 4K cameras — six RED Komodo-X and a RED V-Raptor on Steadicam — with Canon Cine-Servo glass from 11-55 to 50-1000, a DEFY Rhythm remote dolly on sixty feet of track in the balcony, two Easyrigs and Cyanview shading with a LiveGrade colorist, all recorded in LOG with a Rec.709 program. Our 8K Production Flypack — ATEM 8K Constellation, 4 M/E panel, 80×80 12G router and fiber to the stage — cut the room and the broadcast, with Wave Central 4K and Teradek wireless for the moving cameras and twelve HyperDecks recording every ISO and the program.
Seventy-two ROE Graphite GP2 tiles, ground-stacked eighteen wide and four high on a Brompton SX40, carried the show look, the lyrics and the lower thirds from Resolume. Melted Lighting designed and programmed the rig, supplied by Afterglow Lighting: Martin MAC Aura PXL, Chauvet Color Chorus and grandMA3. Riedel Bolero and forty Motorola radios kept twenty-six crew talking; the house PA and DiGiCo consoles carried the room, with backline from Capitol Percussion and a MicRentals microphone package.
The feed went out two ways: to YouTube from two Osprey Talon 4K encoders over Peplink bonded internet, and as a 2160p SRT clean feed to Daystar Television Network with a TVU bonded-cellular backup in hand. A clean 4K program and six ISOs went to Baptize for the post package, and the movement reported 17,910 baptisms across forty-nine countries and more than 1,600 churches that day.
