About

A video house for live events.

Who we are.

Concept Pixels is a boutique video house for live events — cinematic camera systems, live broadcast and LED environments.

Founded in 2016 in Ontario, California, by three American-born Indonesian founders — a warehouse, a few LED tiles, and a habit of saying yes to shows bigger than the company.

Ten years on we run from two home bases, Ontario and Nashville, with 24 full-time staff and a network of 300+ crew — and it still runs like a shop built by people who came up on tours and in broadcast trucks.

We tend to get pulled in by the creatives — the artist, the creative director, the management — because we speak their language and then execute it with the venues, vendors and unions who build the show.

We build every system case by case, for the show in front of us, on a backbone that does not change.

How we work

Five steps, no drama.

01

Listen.

What the show has to look like, and what it has to become afterward.

02

Design.

The camera system and the screens, case by case, on the same backbone every time.

03

Prep.

Advanced with the venue, the vendors and the union house before a case rolls.

04

Execute.

The crew that designed it runs it. No hand-off, no surprises.

05

Deliver.

Ingested nightly, graded once, released fast.

The promise underneath all five: stress-free execution, coordinated with the venue, the vendors and the union house before anyone rolls a case.

Leadership

The people on the call.

Eddie Suparman
CEO · Founder

Started the company in an Ontario warehouse in 2016. Still designs the LED and the show look on the biggest builds.

Andrew Wongso
CFO · Founder

Co-founder. Runs the business side — contracts, finance, the deals that put gear in two warehouses.

Liam Monroe
Chief operating officer

Runs operations across both bases — crew, logistics and the systems that get a show from quote to load-out.

The network

Small team, deep bench.

Twenty-four full-time across two warehouses, backed by more than three hundred directors, camera operators, engineers and technicians we have worked with for years — people who can shoot clean broadcast coverage one night and handheld, edge-of-stage cinematic the next. We staff the system we design, and we bring in the right people for the style the show calls for, not whoever happens to be free.
