Descriptions of equipment, crews and past work are for information. Equipment, availability and specifications change from show to show, and nothing here is a binding offer, quotation or guarantee. Services are provided only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which will govern that project.

Footage, photographs, text and marks on this site belong to Concept Pixels or are used with permission from our clients and partners. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners.

The design, text, photographs, video and logos on this site are owned by Concept Pixels or used with the permission of the clients, artists, photographers and partners who own them. Client and partner names and logos remain their property. Manufacturer names and logos, such as those of the camera and LED makers we work with, belong to their owners and identify equipment we use; they do not imply endorsement. You may view the site and share links to it; you may not copy, download, reproduce or republish its content for any other purpose without our written permission. Press and partners can request assets at info@conceptpixels.com.

Client names and media

Client names and media appear only where cleared. If you believe something is shown in error, tell us and we will act promptly.

We show client names, photographs and video only where we have permission to do so. If you own rights in something on this site and believe it appears without permission, email info@conceptpixels.com with the page address and a description of the material, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

YouTube players, Google Maps and the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check are provided by third parties under their own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, and disputes are heard in Nashville, after a thirty-day attempt to resolve them informally.

These terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the matter informally for thirty days. Any claim not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
