Privacy Policy

Information you give us through the Start a project form, technical data needed to keep the form safe, and analytics data collected only after you consent.

When you use the Start a project form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, company, artist or organization, your role, what you are building, the show type, dates, city or venue, a budget range, how you heard about us, and your message. You choose what to include; only your name, email and message are required.

When you submit the form we also process your IP address and the time of submission. We use them to rate-limit the form and to run Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that does not ask you to solve a puzzle. We do not keep your IP address with your inquiry.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicks on our buttons, video plays and form starts. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser with a timestamp and expires after twelve months.

This site has no accounts, takes no payments, and does not ask for sensitive personal information.

To reply to your inquiry, route it to the right person on our team, protect the site from abuse, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information.

We use inquiry information to respond to you, to route your message to the right person on our team, and to send you one automatic confirmation email. If we go on to work together, the information becomes part of that project's records.

We use technical data to keep the form working and free of spam, and analytics data, only with your consent, to understand which pages and features are useful.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Nothing is required to browse. Google Analytics loads only after you accept; advertising storage stays denied at all times; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are treated as a refusal.

Browsing the site sets no analytics cookies. Your consent choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, with a timestamp; after twelve months it expires and we ask again. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie on its own domain while it verifies that a form submission is human.

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4, which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* containing a random identifier. Advertising storage stays denied at all times; analytics storage is granted only if you accept. Google Signals and ads personalization are turned off in our Analytics property, we run no advertising tags, and we use no session-recording or heat-map tools.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or a Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal: analytics stays off and we do not show the banner.

Some pages contain embedded media that loads only when you ask for it: YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode load when you press play, and the Google Map on our location pages loads when you press Load map. Once loaded, each runs under its provider's own policy.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Inquiries reach us by email through the providers that host the site, deliver mail and check for bots. Analytics data goes to Google only if you consent. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

We share information only with service providers who process it for us: Vercel, which hosts the site, runs the form's server function and keeps short-lived request logs; Resend, which delivers your inquiry to our inbox and sends the confirmation email; Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile bot check; and Google, for Tag Manager and Analytics if you consent, and for YouTube and Maps embeds if you load them. Inquiries reach us by email only; we do not post them to chat tools or third-party project boards.

Each provider is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We are below the thresholds that make the CCPA/CPRA apply, and we honor its rights voluntarily for every visitor: know, copy, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do.

Concept Pixels is a small business below the revenue and volume thresholds at which the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. We honor its rights voluntarily for every visitor, wherever you live: the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, its sources, purposes and recipients; to request a copy; to ask us to correct or delete it; to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do; and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@conceptpixels.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to either office. We verify requests by matching the email address you used with us. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent if you give the agent written permission and we can verify your identity.

The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers, professional information, and internet activity as described in What we collect. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored automatically, and every page carries a Your Privacy Choices link.

Because analytics is the only optional processing on this site, the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer is where you accept or refuse it, and a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser is honored automatically.

Inquiry data is kept while we are in conversation with you and for 36 months after the last contact, then deleted.

We keep inquiries in our email while we are in conversation with you and for 36 months after the last contact, so we can pick a conversation back up and keep ordinary business records; then we delete them. If we work together, project records are kept as required by contract and law.

Vercel keeps request logs for a limited period set by Vercel. Google Analytics event data is retained for 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted. Your consent choice expires from your browser after twelve months.

Submissions travel over HTTPS to a server function with rate limiting and a bot check. No secrets or API keys are in the page.

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict transport security and a content security policy. Form submissions go to a server function that applies rate limiting, a hidden-field check and the Turnstile bot check before anything is emailed. Secrets and API keys are held in our hosting provider's environment, never in the page. The only data stored in your browser is your consent choice and, if you accept analytics, Google's analytics cookies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but these are the measures we take.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

This site is intended for professionals planning live events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you visit from the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with its own privacy law, we process your data under the bases and with the rights described here. Your information is processed in the United States.

We process inquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe website. Analytics runs only on your consent.

Your information is processed in the United States; where our providers move data out of the EU or UK they rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. You have the right to access, correct, erase or export your information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us as described below.
